PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

  • Your BEST insurance is your home or your tenant insurance!
  • Our Basic Cargo Insurance is included in your rate. It is based on the the weight of the items covered for up to $1.32 per Kg regardless of the value of the items. All claims are subject to a $250.00 deductible.

!!! We DO NOT cover the following: Items that we did not pack, all electronics, jewelry, antiques and items of extraordinary value.

If you would like additional coverage you could:

  • Purchase a Replacement Value Protection
  • Check with your home/tenant insurance provider: http://www.ibabc.org

All claims have to be made within 48 hours from the completion of the move and in writing through our claim form

Small Moves Canada Inc. is registered and fully covered for workers compensation with WorkSafeBC. If you need a clearance letter, please request it directly from WorkSafeBC’s website:
